Golf in the Milwaukee County Parks has a rich history that began in 1903. Back then, to complete your 18-hole round, you’d have to circle the 6-hole Lake Park Golf Course 3 times—amid families having picnics!

Whether you’re a visitor or Milwaukee County resident, you’ll enjoy playing some of the highest quality municipal courses in the region. The 15,000-acre, Gold Medal Park System offers fifteen courses, grouped into 5 styles—from the Par 3s, ideal for beginners, to the Tournament Course at Brown Deer, where Tiger Woods began his PGA Tour career.

Milwaukee County Parks Golf Course staff are committed to providing you with exceptional customer service. PGA Professionals at 5 of the courses offer lessons and turn your golf outings into memorable events with special seminars. Clubhouse catering fills your needs for tournaments and outings, as well as pre- and post-season private events.
